✅ Step-by-Step Application Process

Part-I: One-Time Registration

Visit the official CISF recruitment website:

https://cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in

1. Click “Login” → then select “New Registration”.

2. Fill in your:

   • Basic details (Name, DOB, etc.)

   • Contact details (Valid mobile number & email ID)

   • Declaration

3. Double-check:

   • Name, Father’s & Mother’s Name, Date of Birth – must match 10th/matric

   •  certificate exactly.

4. After submitting, you will receive:

   • Registration ID and Password on your mobile/email.

Part-II: Online Application Form

Before starting, keep the following ready:

• Recent Passport Photo (JPEG, 20–50 KB, with date printed on it)

• Signature (JPEG, 10–20 KB)

• Documents (DOB proof, education certificates – PDF, max 1 MB)

Now, follow these steps:

1. Login using your Registration ID & Password.

2. Click “Apply Part” → Select “HEAD CONSTABLE (GD) AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA-2025”.

3. Your pre-filled data will appear; complete the remaining fields.

4. Click “SAVE & PREVIEW” → Then either:

   • “EDIT APPLICATION” to make changes

   • “SUBMIT” to finalize

5. Upload:

   • Recent photograph (with date)

   • Signature

   • Relevant certificates

6. Pay the application fee, if applicable:

   • Modes: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or SBI Challan

   • Fee-exempt candidates can directly print the application

7. Take a printout of the submitted application form.

📌 Important Tips

• Use only accurate information as per official certificates.

• Applications with blurred photos/signatures or missing date on photo will be rejected.

• Fee payment through challan may take 48 hours to reflect.
